Description (partial)

Symptom:
With a large number of virtual circuits configured for MPLS pseudowires (> 1000), a small memory leak in SNMP SMALL CHUNK is seen (10s of bytes) if you carry out 2 full MIB walks in parallel.
Conditions:
Doesn't occur 100% of the time, but running 2 or more MIB walks in parallel, and with over 1000 (or more) Virtual Circuits in an MPLS PW config tends to show a few leaks each time.
