Symptom: User is not able to set up voice mail account if binds a Unified Communications Manager account on another server and his default Unified Communications Manager server is set to "voicemail use credential". Conditions: Pr-condition: 1. User's default Unified Communications Manager server is set to "voicemail use credential". Steps: 1. Sign in Jabber; 2. Set up a Unified Communications Manager account on a NOT-use-credential server; 3. Sign out then sign in again; 4. Go to voicemail account page. Result: 1. Voicemail account is empty, but NOT editable.
