Description (partial)

Symptom:
When setting an odd number of cores via a Service Profile, different CPUs end up with different number of cores enabled.

Conditions:
When CPU has 12 Cores, and an odd number of cores is enabled in the Service Profile, the user will see All cores enabled.
When CPU has 10 cores, and an odd number of cores setting will be honored
