Description (partial)

When a call is transferred over H225 trunk, CUCM sends NOTIFY message with Progress Indicator Allowed, even if the trunk setting is configured as Restricted resulting in the final called party seeing the CallerID for the transferred caller.

Call Flow:
Phone A -- Phone B -- CUCM 1 -- h225 Trunk (Restricted CLID) -- CUCM 2 -- Phone C

"Calling Line ID Presentation" is set as Restricted at the Device level only
