Symptom:
DN displaying wrongly in CUAC client page, when called to CFA DN.

Conditions:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install a CUAC server and integrate it with Unified CM.
2. Install a CUAC client and integrate it with CUAC server.
3. Register Unified IP Phones in Unified CM. Login to CUAC client page with the Operator Credentials.
4. Set Call Forward All of Unified IP Phone B to Unified IP Phone C.(Note : Unified IP Phone C directory number is not assigned to any contacts within CUAC directory)
5. Make a call from Unified IP Phone A(Operator DN)  to Unified IP Phone B.

Problem Description:

The call is forwarded to Phone C. But in CUAC client page Phone B Directory Name is displayed with Phone C's Directory Number.
Note: It is showing correct Directory Name and number of Phone C if Phone C's directory number is assigned to any of the contacts in CUAC directory.

Expected Behavior:

Since CFA is set in Phone B to Phone C, in CUAC client page Phone C's DN should be displayed.
