Description (partial)
Symptom: This issue was occurring only for CTI remote devices registered. Conditions: If the CTI remote devices are registered the IPAddress value from the RIS was coming null ,from soap perspective theIPAddress fields is not nillable hence was throwing the exception.We provided the fix to make nillable to true so that IPAddress can take null values.
