Description (partial)

Symptom:
SIP Trunk status showing different in Trunk GUI and Trunk Config Page of

Conditions:
When we open that Trunk GUI by using find it will show the all trunks and the new added column "SIP Trunk Status" it's showing as Full Service but while open that SIP Trunk in that Trunk Configuration page Service Status as Unknown.

Steps to reproduce:

 1. Open the CUCM Administration GUI page  Go to Device ->Trunk and clink on Find
 2. It will show what are all the Trunks available and check the any SIP trunk Status
 3. Open that Sip trunk and check the Status in that Trunk Configuration page

Hello, I created a SIP trunk to a PABX system and also created a route pattern for that particular SIP trunk. Afterwards, I created an incoming route pattern on the PABX system. But the SIP trunk service status still shows as Unknown - OPTIONS Ping not enabled. Duration also showing as unknown.
