Description (partial)

Failed to upgrade secure phone(Ecrypted+Null String) in background after about 10mins

Step to Reproduce:
1.Install Jabber with secure phone(Ecrypted+Null String)
2.Put Jabber in background and locked about 10mins
3.Set Upgrade Secure phone on Cisco Unified Communication Manager
4.Check phone service status

Expect Result:
Upgrade and reconnect to Cisco Unified Communication Manager successfully 

Actual Result:
Failed to upgrade in background and Phone service not register. Go to foreground to check,  reconnect successfully quickly in foreground. No such issue if upgrade in background immediately.
