Description (partial)

Symptom:
QoS Egress policy-map is not getting attached on vrf interface
Egress classification is not working

Conditions:
This occurs only with certain sequence. Configure switchport trunk interface with allowed vlan. Then default the interface, Now configure the same as egress vrf interface.
Attach the egress policy-map to the same.
QoS: out of tcam resources error will be thrown
And in some cases, policy will get attached but egress classification is totally broken.
