Cisco Bug: CSCul01319 - Cluster wizard: warn about possible disconnect and increase timeout

Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASDM might time out when creating a cluster on a Saleen box with no config other than the mgmt interface. ASDM would get disconnected and report that cluster could not be formed. But in fact all the correct commands were sent to the device, it was just taking longer to form the cluster than ASDM expected.

The customer suggested adding a note on Step 6 about ASDM getting disconnected from the ASA on sending the commands and that the user might need to restart ASDM after determining via CLI that the cluster has formed.

In addtion, we should increase our timout period. If ASDM was timing out before a cluster can be formed on a box with virtually no config, it would not be able to handle anything with a significant config.

Conditions:
Setting up a cluster using High Availability and Scalability wizard.
