Jul 13, 2017
- Cisco Unified Computing System
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: The FI is up and running but its peer shows INAPPLICABLE state in 'show cluster ext' command when issue the command on its peer or VIP session. Conditions: 1. FI-A is primary and rebooted. 2. FI-B become primary and shows FI-A is INAPPLICABLE since A is rebooting. 3. FI-A completes its reboot and properly shows its HA state SUBORDINATE as well as its peer's state PRIMARY when issue 'show cluster ext' command on the FI-A. 4. However, the FI-B (aka VIP session since FI-B is currently PRIMARY) continues to show FI-A as INAPPLICABLE when issue 'show cluster ext' on the FI-B or VIP session.
