Description (partial)

Symptoms: An ATM interface of a PA-A3 ATM port adaptor may stop transmitting 
traffic, the output of the <CmdBold>show interface atm<noCmdBold> 
<CmdArg>slot/port<noCmdArg> command may show that output drops increment, and  
the connectivity may stop entirely.

Conditions: This symptom is observed on a Cisco 7200 series that runs Cisco 
IOS interim Release 12.3(12.7).
