Symptom:
The following message is produced:

%SYS-3-CPUHOG: Task is running for (2000)msecs, more than (2000)msecs (31/0),process = ISIS Upd 
Conditions:

This message may be observed when running ISIS IPv6 with a large number of routes, and an event 
causing ISIS IPv6 to update the routing table occurs. E.g. Significant change in network or 
reconfiguration of ISIS IPv6.
