Description (partial)
Symptom: IMCPv6 Type 2. Packet too big does not account for MPLS Label stack. Conditions: When a 6PE router attempts to switch an IPv6 packet too big to fit in the MPLS encap, the ICMPv6 Packet too big reports the MPLS MTU. It should report (MPLS MTU) - (label encap size)
