Symptom: Hold operation fails. Call is dropped. Condition: seen with 3rd party H323 GW with following topology Caller --|- CCM1 --- CCM2 --- H323 --- IVR Agent --| . Caller calls IVR, IVR transfers the call to Agent. Caller and Agent Talk OK . Agent presses "hold"
