Description (partial)

Symptom:
When using Per-IP-protection and the original zone name is 30 characters and longer, 
the name of newly created zone is wrong, and the new zone cannot be removed. 

Conditions:

Zone with long name is activated in per-ip-protection mode, i.e. using "protect <zone name> <ip 
address>" command.
