Description (partial)

Symptoms: RTP packets are compressed as NON-TCP packets rather than as 
RTP-COMP packets.

Conditions: This symptom is observed on a serial interface that is configured 
for PPP encapsulation via the <CmdBold>encapsulation ppp<noCmdBold> command 
and that has RTP header compression enabled via the <CmdBold>ip rtp
header-compression iphc-format<noCmdBold> command.
