Description (partial)

Symptom:
        When adding a phone via the ccmadmin screens, the Device Profile is 
not a selectable option.
However, when adding a phone via the AXL API interface, the Device Profile is 
mandatory. This forces Phone Button Templates and Extension Mobility 
complexity to be used.
Ideally, the AXL API interface needs to be changed so that the Device Profile 
is not mandatory when adding a phone through AXL API.
Condition:
        The Device Profile is required for all device additions through the 
AXL API interface.
