Description (partial)

Symptoms: router crash.

Conditions: happens when running IPv6 CEF and uRPF on an interface.  If uRPF
has an ACL, and uRPF is unconfigured, the router will crash.  Happens on all
Cisco routers running IOS releases 12.2S or 12.3.
