Description (partial)
Symptom:The user experience cracking noise in the voice path when voice come from the "IP side" of the connection. Conditions:The VISM is used as a VoIP trunking gateway for an H.323 access network. When a call is made, it is noticed great degradation of the voice quality in the direction H.323 -> PSTN, characterized by very low PESQ values (~1.7) and cracking noise. In the other direction, that is PSTH -> H.323 the voice quality is good (PESQ = 4.10).
