Description (partial)

When the service parameter ' Always Use Prime Line' is set to true, phone should always use the 
Primary line when making a new call. In the bug scenario, after a speeddial 
(configured to dial line 4 of the same phone) the last active line was used to initiate a new call.
Later when phone goes Offhook the last active line was selected. [ line - 4 was selected to make the new call. It should be Line 1 ]

Service Parameter Always Use Primary Line is set to true.
