Description (partial)

Symptom: The user is logged out while trying to unlock the CTM client. 

Conditions: If a user launches the CTM R3.2 client and waits until the lockout 
time period expires, then tries to unlock the client by entering the password, 
the CTM client might log out that user. This problem occurs intermittently.
