Description (partial)

When a call rolls to voicemail through a DPA, the call may not
get the mailbox confiugred for this line in CCMAdmin.  

A call is forward to voicemail for a line that has a configured
Mailbox number that is different from the actual DN of the line.
The DPA should use the originalCdpnVoiceMailbox field of the stationinfo
message as the mailbox if available.  If this filed is not provided
in the callinfo, then the DPA should use the originalCalledParty.
