Description (partial)

Symptom:
MOVI 4.6 doesn't respond to 200 Ok from Avaya causing the SIP call to fail. MOVI logs indicate a failure to decode call info header in 200 Ok from Avaya.

Conditions:
MOVI 4.6 places SIP call which is proxied to Avaya Session Manager.
