Description (partial)
Removed the verification part since we are not removing and adding the ARP entries through NAc agent. Symptom: On VLAN monitoring module for 5 continuous times of VLAN ARP req/resp failure, IP Refresh is occurring. While doing IP refresh client is dropping out packets Conditions: End machine should have multi-nic enabled with wired and wireless interface. from CVO setup, DHCP enabled IP address, default gateway assigned should be same for wired and wireless interface PingArp value on NacAgentCFG.xml should be "1"
