Symptom: If a logged-in and Ready agent has their skill proficiency level lowered beyond minimum skill range for a precision queue, their agent state timer may reset to 0. Conditions: A logged-in and ready agent has their skill proficiency level lowered beyond minimum skill range for a precision queue, their agent state timer may reset to 0. Router needs to set agent to not-ready before logging them out of routing for the precision queue. They are automatically set to ready again, but the agent state timer is reset to 0.
