Description (partial)

The snmp task going in and out of memory warning.

Seen on both the SRP Active and Standby chassis.

The reason for the additional memory consumption is related to an increase in the
response data structures for SNMP queries.

Requests from SNMP ( from NMS server) to chassis use data structures for frequent SNMP get/get next/walk
calls. As features are added to the system these data structures increase in size in successive releases ( e.g. code changes in from v140 to v150). In this case, the data structure size changes were not taken into account when reserving the SNMP tasks memory usage in RM. Since this was not taken into account, SNMP can go above its reserved memory usage and thus issue the memory warnings seen.

The fix is to increase the allocation for SNMP to properly reflect the new maximum data structure size
