Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cannot provisioning an existent package with newly defined segment.

Conditions:
1.  EC > System Provisioning > Service Provisioning, click Package. The Package List window opens.
2.  Select the package to which you want to add a service segment.
3.  Click Provisioning. The Package Provisioning window opens for the package you selected.
4.  Click Add Segment. The Segment Selection window opens showing all of the service segments that have been defined on your system.
5.  Click to select the service segment you want to add to this package. 
6.  Click Save to close the Segment Selection window. The Package Provisioning window return with an error message. "Error reported by server: Segment-not-defined".
