Description (partial)

Symptom:
When using REM to playback audio recordings saved on Cisco MediaSense servers running 10.x software, inconsistent behaviour was seen with respect to which audio recordings could be played back. Playback of saved G.711 calls could not be played while playback while the call is still progress worked. Similarly a saved AAC-LD recording could be played.

Conditions:
Playback of a recorded G.711 call fails while AAC-LD works.
