Cisco Bug: CSCuj97107 - TNC BKUPMEMP/EQPT/USB-WRITE-FAIL alarms reported

Last Modified

 • Cisco ONS 15454 Series Multiservice Provisioning Platforms

Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
The active TNC card reports BKUPMEMP, EQPT-FAIL or USB-WRITE-FAIL alarms.

Conditions:
This has been observed on the active TNC card. Alarms declared due to Active software reporting issues with writing to the flash. After the auto reset, the redundant TNC card becomes active and the TNC card with the alarm becomes standby. The TNC card with the alarms would still have alarms because the alarms are persistent through the reset but the card will successfully write to the flash without issue.

we have ons 15454m6 version 9.8.0 which is the bugs CSCuh76017 & <key>CSCuj97107</key>. If we upgrade to 9.8.1.2 , our CPO (9.8.0.33) can not support the NE version. Any support for us ? Could you help to provide CPO which support NE version 9.8.1.2 or provide NE version 9.8.1.1 ?
