Description (partial) 

Symptom:
A standalone M6 node loaded with NCS-Flex package is configured as subtended shelf of Node Controller loaded with NCS-Legacy package.
When the same M6 node previously loaded with NCS-Flex package is converted from subtended shelf to standalone node, the controller card of the standalone node will result in to a continuous reboot.

Conditions:
Step1 : Load a M6 node with NCS-Flex package.
Step2 : Configure the step1 node as subtended shelf of a Node Controller loaded with NCS-Legacy package.
Step3 : Reconfigure the node configured as subtended shelf in step2 to a standalone node
On executing the step3 , the controller card of the standalone node configured in step3 will result in to a continuous reboot.
