Description (partial)

The same CTIOS agent logging from the same ctios client pc, via side A CTIOS server and side B CTIOS server of the same CTIOS instance resulted in differently. Login by name via CTIOS side A is working, however, logging in via CTIOS side B consistently failed with login name is not found error.

PG logs indicated the login attempt failed to proceed beyond CTIOS server. CTIOS server stopped the login, at CTIOS "20:51:27:979 CTIOS1-ctios Trace: CAgentInfo::GetAgentIDFromMapFromMap-Unable to find LoginName [240403] in map"
