Description (partial)

EX60/90 sends NOTIFY message with dialog id=0 to remotely resume a call on a shared line instead of reINV. This is inconsistent with other endpoints and causes CUCM to treat it as a new call. In consequence SIP phones sharing the same line show an additional, phantom call.

Call placed to a shared line is answered by 99xx IP phone and put on hold. Next EX60/90 remotely resumes the call which makes 99xx show an additional phantom call.
