Description (partial)

Symptom:
During system restart, the ISEMAN process may restart if it is unable to connect to the AW database. Upon restart, it is able to reconnect to the database and remains up.

Conditions:
UCCE/PCCE Distributor system with Internet Script Editor enabled.
