++If I try to "Add New Line Appearance" from UDP Template through Bulk Administration --> User Device Profiles --> UDP Template --> "temp_UDP" , we are being redirected to "Directory Number" configuration web page instead of "Line Template" page.

If navigation to add line template is done from "Related Links" --> "Add New Line Appearance" on UDP Template only. For Phone template, this works fine.
