Symptom: URI update on Cisco Unified Communication Manager end user page doesn't work when the user is local user Conditions: Steps to reproduce: 1. Jabber login Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence + Cisco Unified Communication Manager 2. Modify URI on Cisco Unified Communication Manager -> User Management -> End User Expected Result: In Jabber my profile, URI should update accordingly. Actual Result: My profile will not update, it still use old URI even re-sign.
