Symptom:
FTE for 'No Contacts' instead of contact if user delete contacts in other client

Conditions:
Step to Reproduce:
1.Install jabber and log-in
2.There is one contact in the first contact group
3.Show FTE for My Status
4.Login the same account in other client
5.Delete the contacts in the first group
6.Tap iPad to show FTE for Contacts part

Expect Result:
Show FTE for  contact part

Actual Result:
Show FTE for 'No Contacts in this group' instead of contact
