User is prompted a message on the need to clear browser cache when logging in using Safari 6.0.5. After following the steps to delete the browser cache, login is still unsuccessful.

After enabling the "Browser Cache" setting and incrementing the version number in the Administration module, users on Safari 6.0.5 is unable to log in.
