Description (partial)

Symptom:
When Trying to change the settings for in TMS for SMTP Configuration TMS will not allow you to save the settings if the SMTP Server does not responds within a two second window.

TMS throws the error message: E-mail Settings not saved: Communication with the SMTP server failed.

Conditions:
Configuring or changing the TMS E-mail Settings for the SMTP Server and the SMTP Server does not respond within two seconds.

I would be nice if we could modify the Timer in the SMTP Settings of the Web Interface.
