Symptom:
Unable to view Job Definitions Job Events Tab when adding or editing a Job Definition.

Conditions:
Unable to view Job Definitions Job Events Tab without Security Policy Jobs Functions "Assign Job Events" even though assigned Security Policy Jobs Functions (Add Jobs, Edit Jobs, View Jobs)

Note: The TES 6.1 Reference Guide documents the following for these Security Policy Functions:

Assign Job Events - Assign predefined job events to a job or job group from the Job or Job Group definition dialogs.

View Jobs - View all the properties of the jobs and groups that you and your workgroup(s) own.
