Symptoms:- 
++ Nailed up Mobile agent calls fail for all the agents, after PG failover testing.

Failover steps
1. Side A was active and Side B was idle 
2. Stopped ICM services on Side A. 
3. Side B became active(PIM and CTI SVR) 
4. Started ICM services on Side A and remained idle 
5. Stopped services on Side B. Side A became active in less than 10 seconds 
6. Started services on Side B

++ At this point, system running in duplex mode and just went through a failover test. 
++ Agents log in, and see the failure. 
++ Exact symptom observed by the caller was there was no voice and after few seconds customer heard the survivability message. 
On the other hand Agent stuck in Talking state with Request Operation failed message 
++ Issue restored after resetting LCP/RCP ports from UCM. 
++ LCP ports are also monitored by Calabrio QM server. RCP ports are not monitored by Calabrio QM

Conditions:
After PG failover, and when LCP ports are monitored by PG as first party mode and another application(in this case Calabrio QM) as third party mode.
