Description (partial)

Symptom:
You cannot launch the Prime Optical Domain Explorer from the Prime Optical portal.
The following Security Warning message is displayed:
"This application will be blocked in a future Java security update because the JAR file manifest does not contain the Permission attribute. Please contact the Publisher for more information."

Conditions:
This problem occurs when you use the JRE 1.7.0_45 Java Runtime Engine to launch Java Web Start applications.
