Description (partial)

Symptom:
Failed is shown in CUAC client page when call declined by other end IP Phone

Conditions:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install a CUAC server and integrate it with Unified CM.
2. Install a CUAC client and intergrate it with CUAC server.
3. Register Unified IP Phone B in Unified CM and create a operator in CUAC server.
4. Login to CUAC client using the operator details.
5. Make a call from Phone A(Operator Phone) to Phone B.
6. Decline the call in Phone B.

Problem Description:

When the call is declined by Phone B, in CUAC client page in active calls area it is showing as failed or invalid destination.

Expected Behavior:

Since the DN dialed by Phone A is a valid DN and Phone B might be busy that time, so in CUAC client page it can be displayed as "Busy" when the Phone B declines the call.
