Symptom: Incoming call view display and disappear quickly when user receive a VoIP call Conditions: Pre-condition: - User A sign in CUP & UCM & VM accounts - User B sign in WebEx and UCM accounts Steps: 1- User-A: put jabber into background and lock phone -> wait for 15~30 minutes 2- User-B: place a call to A Result: User-A can hear ringing tone, incoming call view display but disappear quickly. Then get a missed call notification.
