Symptom: When user tried to register another user who does not have NLS1 contract, system displays the error message twice. Second message also says to add ?null? contract to user profile, which is confusing. Conditions: User like customer admin (non employee) should login into system and try to register for user whose contract number does not belongs to NLS1 contract.
