Description (partial)

Symptom:
Agent Not Ready Reason Code will take a long time to run (20 - 30 Minutes)

Conditions:
Use HRC and Manually run the Agent Not Ready Reason Code
Uncheck the Include charts
Select the start date and end date so the range includes at least a week of data
On Detailed Tab
select Filter Parameter Team and select a team
select Filter Parameter Interval Length and change to 30 or 60 Minutes
Click View
