Description (partial)

Symptom:
DNS returns a partial answer or no answer at all for a query that would result in a single A record for a name or a CNAME chain leading to a single A record.

Conditions:
The following three conditions have to be met to trigger the bug:
<ol>
<li>There is a single A record on the name that needs to be refreshed AND
<li>The refresh record data (rdata) is the same as the expired cache rdata AND
<li>The query came in at the same time the record expired
