Description (partial)

Symptom:
In the "Add Members" dialog, the user is allowed to add a person who is already a member of the Community. When they do so, the user gets an error stating "The system cannot retrieve Communities.
Click the Refresh button in your browser to try again. If the error persists, contact your system administrator."

Conditions:
Adding a member to a community when the user is already a member of that community.
