Symptom:
Incoming call sound not coming on iPhone

Conditions:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Installed the Cisco Jabber 9.5 in iPhone.
2. Installed the Respective COP File on Unified Communication Manager.
3. Increase SIP Dual Mode Alert Timer Value.
4. Created dedicated SIP Profile.
5. Created the New Device (TCTDEVICE)
6. Create a user in Active Directory and associated the user to that device.
7. In Jabber settings >sounds>ON the receive calls sound.
8. In iPhone Settings Sounds > Increase the volume.
7. Make a call from IP Phone DX650 to Cisco jabber for iPhone 5560.

Problem Description:

While Calling from IP Phone DX650 to jabber for iPhone the incoming call sound not coming on iPhone.

Expected Behavior:

While calling from IP Phone DX650 to Cisco jabber for iPhone the incoming call sound should come on iPhone.

Environment Matrix:

Unified CM: 10.0.0.97027-12.
Unified Presence:  10.0.0.97071-7.
Cisco Jabber: 9.5 for iPhone.
IPhone Model: iPhone5
IOS Version:6.1.4
