Description (partial)

There is one MCU in TMS with 10 ports  

a booking is made from outlook (TMSXE) with three participants, the MCU is
selected and the call is set up correctly. 

Another booking is then made which overlaps the time of the previous booking
and uses the remaining ports on the MCU. 

Then go back into outlook and edit the original booking by adding another
participant. This will fail because there are no ports available. But the
confirmation email gives the following description - 

The following videoconference resources could not be reserved: 

Videoconference endpoint with TMS system ID 99 (The system is not available for
booking at the requested time (10/2/2013) (MCU23))
Videoconference endpoint with TMS system ID 98 (The system is not available for
booking at the requested time (10/2/2013) (MCU23))

The MCU is referenced, the result is fine but the mention of the MCU caused
some confusion with one of the customers. We wanted to check if this is by
design as it only shows up under these circumstances. 


The problem occurs when you exceed the available ports of the bridge you use.
